“You look good but only if you lose your weight,” most of the people in this world unfortunately hears this sentence when they meet their friends and family and they blatantly tell them about their physical appearance. I would say it is good at least there are some people who tell you the truth right in your face and if you are really worried about your health and physical appearance; you better take the comments of your friends and family seriously. Losing weight has become the most common concern of people whether they are serious about their health or not. The reason behind the statement is that you will find many people who will show you the concern that they are gaining weight and they are worried about it; but when you ask them what they are practically doing to lose weight or at least control it, they will have no answer to it. It clearly shows the seriousness of the concerned individuals.

Dark chocolate – this is going to make most of the people very happy as chocolate is the favourite of most of the people. It is the good news for all chocolate lovers that dark chocolate helps loses weight. It also gives you energy and taste at the same time. 

Vegetables – adding vegetables as much as you can in your daily diet also helps lose weight. Vegetables keep you fit and make you healthy. Green vegetables in your diet will take your health for a longer period of time and will help you burn your fat. 

Protein – protein rich food is also a wonderful helper in losing weight so it is better if you increase the intake of these foods in your daily diet.
